General information
The Undead Zombie is the fifth monster in the Mansion Raid. As such, it does not drop anything. Its main purpose, along with other Mansion monsters, is to slightly damage the players so they either waste Mana healing, or taking damage, to make the fight harder against the Undead Leader. Note that the player(s) will have their health and mana restored after this fight.
Attacks
The Undead Zombie has three different moon attacks.
- Grey Moon
: The Undead Zombie sends out a grey moon projectile that deals very little damage. - Pink Moon
: The Undead Zombie sends out a pink moon projectile that deals considerable damage. This attack should either be reflected or dodged with Invisibility. - Double Pink Moon
: This attack is similar to the Pink Moon attack, except the Undead Zombie sends out two pink moon projectiles instead of one. Players should use Invisibility to avoid both projectiles if it is off cooldown, otherwise they should reflect one.
Enraged
When the Undead Zombie is at or under 50% of its maximum health, it enrages and grows wings, allowing it to fly. Similar to the flying robot, its flight makes it immune to melee attacks, thus forcing the player(s) to use ranged attacks and Magic to damage it. Additionally, while enraged, the Undead Zombie's moon attacks appear more frequently.
Strategy
Before the Undead Zombie is enraged, players should attack it with a Scythe or preferably a Scythe+. When the Undead Zombie enrages, the player(s) should switch to a setup with a Haunted Bow. Do not use the Balista, it does less damage to the Undead Zombie than a Haunted Bow does. Defensive spells should be saved for Pink Moons, Grey Moons deal very little damage and should be ignored.
- Mana usage: On normal difficulty, player(s) may use Fireball, preferably empowered by Reaper Armour+ throughout the fight, to expedite it. The player(s) should keep in mind to conserve some mana for defensive spells. Being at 0 mana while the Undead Zombie has more than a sliver of health left is very dangerous.
- Free Fireball: If the player does not need to cast Fireball to win and the player has 3 or more mana left at the end of the fight, Fireball can instead be cast immediately after the Undead Zombie has died, before health and mana are restored. This effectively grants the player a free Fireball and a head start against the final boss.

- Mana usage: On hard difficulty, player(s) should refrain from using Fireball until the Undead Zombie is enraged (unless the player has a charged or full Undead Staff), as this phase of the Undead Zombie is very deadly, and should be finished quickly. While the Undead Zombie is enraged, Fireball should be cast whenever the player can, Pink Moons should be avoided with defensive spells whenever possible, and (almost) all the player(s)'s mana should be used up to survive this fight.
- Free Fireball: If the player does not need to cast Fireball to win and the player has 3 or more mana left at the end of the fight, Fireball can instead be cast immediately after the Undead Zombie has died, before health and mana are restored. - Ancient arrows: On hard difficulty, if no players have a mana charged or full Undead Staff, the damage bonus of Ancient arrows help make defeating the Undead Zombie more consistent.
