Mini Quests
Mini quests can be completed from the skill tabs they are corresponded to and not the actual quest tab, the quest tab is merely to see its requirements and what it is about.
There are currently only 3 Mini Quests in the game:

Plant a total of 50 Green Leaf Seeds | Farming | Ability to harvest all crops with one click |
