General information
The Undead Spiked Skeleton is the fourth monster in the Mansion Raid. As such, it does not drop anything. Its main purpose, along with other Mansion monsters, is to slightly damage the players so they either waste Mana healing, or taking damage, to make the fight harder against the Undead Leader.
Attacks
In addition to basic attacks, the Undead Spiked Skeleton has three different spike attacks.
- Normal Orange Spikes
: This attack deals 0 to 5 damage and gains 5 maximum damage for every teammate you have, e.g. if your team has 4 players, this attack does 0 to 20 damage.
- Strong Orange Spikes
: This attack deals massive damage(needs testing). This attack should either be reflected or dodged with Invisibility. This attack does not appear when the Undead Spiked Skeleton is enraged.
- Green Healing Spikes
: This "attack" heals the player 5 to 10 health, this attack does not scale with the amount of players. If this attack is reflected, it will fully heal the Undead Spiked Skeleton.
Enraged
When the Undead Spiked Skeleton is at or under 25% of its maximum health, it enrages and its spike attacks become faster and appear more frequently. While enraged, the Undead Spiked Skeleton cannot use its Strong Orange Spikes or use basic attacks.
Strategy
Players should attack the Undead Spiked Skeleton with a Scythe or preferably a Scythe+. Defensive spells should be saved for Strong Orange Spikes.
- Spike Healing: If the player is alone or with 1 other teammate, they may consider bringing the Undead Spiked Skeleton down to 25% to enrage it. This disables strong spikes and basic attacks, meaning the Undead Spiked Skeleton will only use normal orange spikes and green healing spikes. The green spikes will outheal the orange spikes (statistically). To keep the Undead Spiked Skeleton alive, the player(s) should equip a bow without arrows. They may switch back to their main weapon once the player(s) are ready for the next enemy. This tactic works best solo, but also works duo, albeit slower.
