The Axe, first obtained from Gathering in the Friendly Forest, will allow the player to chop Trees within the Woodcutting skill. It may also be upgraded using gems to increase the amount of Logs the player will receive upon chopping down Trees.

Basic Axe	-	--
Sapphire Axe		+5 logs when chopping down any trees
Emerald Axe		+10 logs when chopping down any trees
Ruby Axe		+15 logs when chopping down any trees
Diamond Axe		+20 logs when chopping down any trees
