Ancient Bar is a type of bar that is primarily obtained from smelting. It may be used to craft many items for Crafting.

XP per item	5 000
Game Shop Sell Price	25 000

Ancient Bars will yield 5 000 Crafting XP per Bar with a Hammer.

It may be not advisable to sell to the Game Shop, as the Ancient Ore is gained very very very slowly and the process of making the bar is very painful it will take up to at least 3 days to get what you need.
