The Balista [sic] is a very powerful archery weapon. It must be crafted and cannot be bought from the Game Shop. Its base damage depends on the arrow type used. Arrow damage using this weapon is doubled.
The materials required to craft a Balista are 700 String, 500 Flexible Logs and 5 Dragon Bars, giving 135 141 Crafting XP.
Note: despite its name and visually resembling a crossbow, the Balista consumes arrows.
