Tools are a main part of the game, allowing the player to progress within any type of skills. After receiving the socket scroll from quests tools may be slotted with gems which would increase their effectiveness.

These are the current tools within the game and together with their corresponding upgrades:

Tool name	Skill area	Description/Effect
Pickaxe	Mining	Each upgrade reduces the amount of stardust required when converting ores into XP.
Hammer	Crafting	Each upgrade reduces the amount of stardust required when converting bars into XP.
Rake	Farming	Each upgrade increases your chance at finding seeds by 5%.
Axe	Woodcutting	Each upgrade increases your logs by +5 for every tree.
Fishing Net	Fishing	Each upgrade increases your fishing xp when catching fish by 5%.
Fishing Rod	Fishing	Each upgrade increases your fishing xp when catching fish by 5%.
Harpoon	Fishing	Each upgrade increases your fishing xp when catching fish by 5%.
Needle	Crafting	Each upgrade allows you to undo higher level armour.
Brewing Kit	Brewing	Each upgrade increases your potion time by 25%.
Chisel	Mining	Each upgrade unlocks new Geodes.
