WIKI - Idle Pixel
Mining mechanics

Pickaxe

The Pickaxe is used for collecting ores before you get

Mining Machinery at the start of the game,

and when upgraded, reduces the amount

of stardust required when converting bars to XP.

Mining Machinery

Mining Machinery is used for mining ores quicker,

the better the machinery, the better the ore!

Ores also become more common at better mining machinery.

Geodes

Geodes are items that can be collected with the Chisel.

The higher level Chisel, the better geodes you can get!

Given you haven the mining level, of course.

They drop Stone and Minerals, the latter of which can be used to craft Rings.

Gems

Gems are obtained at a very low chance after completing the The Gem Seeker quest, and they are used for upgrading tools, crafting keys, and more. They can also be made with Gem Fragments.

Rocket

The Rocket is a mechanic that allows you to travel to the moon to retrive materials using Rocket Fuel. The Mega Rocket upgrade allows you to go to the sun to get even more materials.

Crafting mechanics

Furnace

The Furnace is how the player smelts

Ores into Bars using Oil and other materials,

and when upgraded, gains more Capacy.

Crafting

Crafting is the primary source of new mechanics in the game.

To craft something, you need the materials listed beside it, and the required crafting level.

After crafting the item, you gain it and are awarded some XP!

Some items can be crafted more than once.

Charcoal Foundry

The Charcoal Foundry is how the player gains Charcoal, used for smelting.

To gain Charcoal, the player must put logs in the foundry and,

depending on the log, will have a higher chance of turning into Charcoal.

When upgraded to the Titanium Charcoal Foundry, the player gains double the logs.

Hammer

The Hammer allows you to reduce the amount of Stardust needed to get more XP.

The higher upgraded hammer, the less Stardust you need.

Gathering mechanics

Gathering

Gathering is how the player obtains Gathering Bags.

At default, the player gathers 1 bag every 4 seconds.

Obtaining them also gives XP.

Gathering Bags

Gathering Bags are obtained from gathering, and drop various items. Including Junk.

Rarely, a Gathering Bag will contain an Unique Item, and drop an item

which can only be obtained once, given the player has a high enough level.

Magnet

The Magnet is a tool that may be crafted after reaching 78 Crafting & 50 Invention.

The Magnet filters through Junk to make junk bags from junk. It can be upgraded to increase its speed.

The Magnet can also upgraded to give XP in the Junk Collector quest.

It's generally recommended you don't upgrade your magnet to ruby or higher until it gives XP.

Worker

The Gathering Worker is obtained when you complete the Easy Gathering Achievements.

He gathers bags for you at a 0.08% chance on the default gathering rate. (presumably)

When you complete the Hard Gathering Achievements, you are able to choose where he gathers.

Farming mechanics

Seeds

Seeds are how the player obtains ingredients for Brewing, and other items.

They are obtained automatically, with a chance to drop for each regular seed, and said chances can be improved by upgrading the Rake.

Other seeds are obtained through other means, such as trees, the Birdhouse, etc.

Some seeds require Bonemeal to be planted.

They can be planted on Farming Patches, and after a while, will grow fully, and can be harvested, granting their specific Leaf, or other item.

Bonemeal

The "|Stone" part could be omitted if we were in Stone page or you can have it to show all recipes an item is used without being in the item's page. Same thing applies to all other tables, you can have this extra part or omit it.
