After touching the Ice Crystal, you will find a ticket printer encased in ice when trying to fight in the Northern Fields. It will show up in your crafting tab.
When selecting, you can attempt to melt the ice by shoving it into the oven.
After melting, the GAMBLING PENGUIN will show up.
He will tell you that you found his ticket printing machine, and he tells you that he will host the gambling events.
After that, the gambling penguin will show up in your key items, letting you access the penguin menu.
In the menu, you will have the ability to print a ticket for 100,000 coins, you will also have to choose a number to go with that ticket. This message will also appear:
