Beginner's Guide to Idle Pixel

This guide was created by gvG_jt. Although it's unfinished, it should suffice for beginners starting out.

Getting Started

Before diving into the game, I recommend installing the Tampermonkey extension to enable the use of helpful scripts. Below are some scripts that can enhance your gameplay:

Game Progression

Initial Steps

1. Game Shop:
   1. Purchase a pickaxe.
2. Smelting a Bronze Bar:
   1. Craft a Stone Furnace from the Crafting menu using 3 stone.
   2. Smelt a bronze bar using 1 copper.
3. Quests:
   1. Talk to Doric in the Quests menu.
   2. Craft a Stone Statue to complete his quest and gain some Leather.
      • If not obtained, buy Leather in the shop.
4. Crafting and Drilling:
   1. Craft a Stone Furnace and an Oil Well.
   2. Smelt Copper and craft a Drill. Begin using the Drill.
5. Gem Seeker Quest:
   1. Speak to the Gem Seeker.
   2. Gather 4 Gem Fragments and read all scrolls you receive.
   3. Complete the Gem Seeker Quest.

Advancing Skills

1. Mines:
   1. Craft Leather Gloves and begin gathering in the Mines.
2. Achievements:
   1. Talk to the Achiever and complete all achievements in the Achievement Book.
   2. Finish The Achiever Quest and obtain the Fields FP Reduction Badge.
3. Forever Fields Gathering:
   1. Gather and open bags until you find Dotted Green Leaf Seeds.
   2. Plant and wait 15 minutes.
4. Crafting:
   1. Focus on leveling up your crafting skill by smelting until Crafting Level 30.
   2. At Crafting Level 9, craft a Bronze Statue, talk to Doric, and sell the statue for 800 coins.
5. Stardust Expertise:
   1. Talk to the Stardust Expert and make a Stardust Potion.
   2. After 15 minutes, interact again and choose the 1000 Stone reward.
   3. Complete the Odd One Out Side Quest and activate the Balance of Life.

Unlocking Cooking and Combat

1. Cooking:
   1. Reach Crafting Level 10 to craft a Bronze Oven and unlock Cooking.
   2. Gather in the Dirty Kitchen for edible items.
2. Combat Training:
   1. Speak to the Combat Tutor.
   2. Purchase 3 combat weapons in the Game Shop if necessary.
   3. Engage in combat and talk to the Tutor again for a special offer on bread.
   4. Complete his quest.
3. Combat Strategy:
   1. Defeat a monster in the fields to unlock a new quest.
   2. For the Forest Ent boss, use a bow for high accuracy.
   3. Craft arrows using feathers obtained from chickens.
   4. Craft lizard skin armor for additional defense.

Progress in Crafting and Gathering

1. Crafting:
   1. Upon reaching Level 11 Crafting, make a Community Center.
   2. Always craft useful items and consult the wiki if unsure about their functions.
2. Fishing:
   1. Kill spiders for string, then craft a Bad Fishing Net.
   2. Use the Fishing Scroll to craft a Fishing Net and talk to The Fisherman.
3. Wolf Quest:
   1. Prepare for the quest by increasing stats: gather skin, obtain a bee stinger, and snake poison (Crafting Level 15 required).
   2. After defeating a wolf, use the Heart Crystal for extra health and start the Combat Collection Log quest.

Ultimate Combat Preparation

1. Poisoned Stinger:
   1. Achieve Crafting Level 15.
   2. Kill bees for a stinger and tip it with snake poison.
   3. Equip the Poisoned Stinger for the next challenging quest.
2. Final Touches:
   1. Ensure you have at least 100 coins ready for upcoming tasks.
