The pirate can be bought from Community Center 2 Crafting

The pirate will start looking for Treasure Map which will give you Chests once you pass a riddle.

There are a total of 5 different keys each crafted with 5 gold bars and a Gems

Each key will give you a different amount of loot slots when opening a .

Orbs have a 1/36 chance per slot to be looted when opening a chest.
