Eggplant

Eggplants may be grown via Farming. They are used for completing Quests and can be eaten for 100 Energy, however note that it cannot be eaten for some reason. They are grown using Eggplant Seeds.

Eggplants are currently the rarest (non-shiny) food item (eggplant seeds the rarest seeds), as it is not obtainable via the Rake or Fishing Tools.
